Direct Withdrawal Terms and Conditions
By checking the OK box and clicking Submit, I authorize DonorPoint to initiate an electronic funds transfer for the payment described above from the bank account I designated above under the terms of this authorization. DonorPoint may make this electronic funds transfer using an ACH debit entry or other automatic transfer. I ask that the financial institution that holds this bank account to honor the debit entry made by DonorPoint. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with U.S. Law and the Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association.
My Payment will be automatically debited from this bank account on the designated payment date. If a payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will be deducted on the next business day.
If there are insufficient funds in my bank account, DonorPoint may debit my bank account for the payment when sufficient funds are available.
For inquiries about this ACH transaction or my Account, please contact DonorPoint or your Financial Institution for further information. In the unlikely event your payment is returned unpaid, we may elect to electronically (or by paper draft) re-present your payment up to two more times.

We're pleased to invite you to our end-of-year Senior Sendoff event! Join us in wishing our graduating brothers good luck in their future and help us warmly welcome them into alumni status.
The senior send off is May 17th from 5-7, at The Fairmount in Cleveland Heights. We will be serving drinks and light hors d'oeuvres. The event is business casual and there is a suggested Alumni donation of $50 but all gifts are welcome.
